About the Event

The Stockholm Summer Nights Open is a 9-round classical Swiss tournament held over nine consecutive evenings in the heart of Stockholm. Explore sunlit islands and city gardens by day. Stockholm's calm and color set the stage for great chess. The event is norm-qualifying, an exceptional opportunity for ambitious players to pursue IM, WIM, GM, and WGM norms in one of Europe's most beautiful summer cities.
